New Prentice C Series Wheel Feller Bunchers Launched

Prentice is introducing a new, completely redesigned wheel feller buncher family with significant advances in performance, reliability and serviceability. Customer feedback at every stage of development drove the design of the new models, the Prentice 2570C and 2670C. The company is also introducing the new SH-56B high capacity bunching saw to keep pace with the increased capacity of the new feller bunchers.

“We started by talking to Prentice customers and non-customers to learn what they needed in the next generation of wheel feller bunchers,” said Matt McDonald, Caterpillar Forest Products product performance engineer. “Throughout the design and testing phases we kept our focus on what they told us.”
